Who are you? What's your story?
We are sisters Jenny Hutt & Stacy Fritz. We lost our mom Bunny Koppelman to pancreatic cancer in 2008. We miss her every day. We named Bunny Eyez after her. You can read more about our story here.
Shipping/Returns/Exchanges
Where do you ship from?
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard US delivery 3-7 business days via USPS. International shipping is typically longer. Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times and there are many reasons that packages can be delayed which are out of our control.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS first class package for most shipping, unless you choose an expedited process. Expedited packages will ship UPS overnight, 2-day or 3-day – your choice!.
How can I track my order?

Why isn't my tracking number providing any information?
Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period of time, please contact us at customer.service@bunnyeyez.com.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to US & Canada, but only US customers get free shipping when they purchase two or more pair of readers.
Canadian Customers
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Bunny Eyez has no control over customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package.
We do not have any control over how long a package will take to get through Customs, and cannot be responsible for any delays experienced. To provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed.

Can I exchange them for another pair if I don't like them?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for an exchange. Visit here for the exchange/return process. After 30 days, the product is no longer eligible for an exchange.

Who covers the shipping for returns?
Bunny Eyez covers the return shipping for any product that is damaged upon delivery to you.

We want to offer the same exceptional service to our Canadian customers, so if you need to return or exchange and item, and you're within the 30-day window, please email customer.service@bunnyeyez.com. Please include your order number with your request.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, and Disney Magic Kingdom cards. Just kidding, we don't accept Disney cards...but maybe we should? We'll have to see how this whole thing plays out.
